Dana was born and raised in Nashua NH and began his career in excavation alongside his father. Together they had run a variety of large-scale site development projects and road subdivisions in and around Nashua. In 2021 Dana became an equity partner in Sky Meadow County Club and his extensive knowledge and resources of site excavation has been extremely helpful with assisting in the overall development plan for the golf course.
Home building is also another venture he built upon with his experience in excavation and has become one of his passions. Creating ground up real estate development projects has been a process he thoroughly enjoys. Visualizing the potential of a parcel of land and utilizing his skills in excavation and construction has made residential development a favored path. With all his knowledge of the building process it was an easy decision for him to become a partner/owner of the Sky Meadow Real Estate Office. Creating an office with a top-notch team who help bring clients through the buying and selling process in an outstanding environment brings much happiness to him and is complementary to his career in residential development.
